Fancy going away for a quid?!
/If there’s one thing to love about Ryanair, it’s their prices. Sure, they get a lot of stick (look no further than the ‘I Hate Ryanair’ Twitter account for the most convenient of evidence), but it’s hard to argue with the low fares they give, making travel affordable for many.
I, myself, have flown to and from places such as Vilnius, Lithuania, Tallinn, Estonia and Eindhoven, The Netherlands all for under £25.
That’s exactly how it should be, and so there is probably little surprise in finding out about the company releasing a quick-flash ‘February Madness’ sale for this month.
But wait, there’s a twist. Ryanair are doing flights for as little as £1 each way.
Fancy a fleeting visit to Gothenburg, Sweden on Tuesday 24 February, returning the next day? That will set you back a whopping £2.
If you live up north then Oslo, Norway may be more to your liking. If you fly on Wednesday 10 February from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and come back five days later, you’ll be set back the same amount of money.
The £1 fares are for February flights from Luton, London Stanstead, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Manchester Airports to ten different airports across five countries, but you’ll have to be quick as it ends at midnight on Thursday.
To bag yourself a bargain, make sure you visit the Ryanair website here, and use their fare finder if you get stuck for ideas!
