VIDEO: The long road to Mexico (Flying long haul during a pandemic)

Flying-Long-Haul-Coronavirus-Pandemic-Mexico

This is the first vlog from my Mexico & Sweden series on my YouTube channel, from the trip I took in October, during the Coronavirus pandemic.

I was determined to visit a new country before the end of the year, and with no testing required, Mexico fit the bill. So, in the early hours of a Wednesday morning, I set off on the long road to Mexico, departing from Manchester Airport with a stop in Frankfurt along the way.

We then took a Boeing 747 across the Atlantic, over to North America, and by the time I got to my hotel, it had been a 25-hour day. Here’s a look at what it’s like flying long haul during the Coronavirus pandemic, and some insight into the additional safety measures you can expect to see when travelling in the COVID era.
