VIDEO: I saw a wild sloth in Panama City!

After visiting the Panama Canal and Amadour Causeway, I headed for Casco Viejo - Panama City’s beautiful Old Town, where I had a wander and got something to eat in an Argentine restaurant that looked like it had been lifted straight from Caminito in Buenos Aires.

It was the perfect way to round off the day, but I was up early in the morning to hike up to the underwhelming view on Cerro Ancón (Ancon Hill).

However, it was all worth it in the end as, on the way back down, I saw a wild sloth and its cub in Panama City - one of the most amazing experiences during my time in Central America.
