Back in November 2016 we headed to Poland’s cosmopolitan capital, Warsaw. It was my second trip to Poland after visiting Kraków the year before.
Armed with £19.98 return flights and based in a nice, modern apartment, we were able to enjoy the city to the full, and experienced a blend of culture, attractions and discovery that made sure it was an awesome trip.
Warsaw, in more ways than one, surprised me. Its scale was larger than I’d imagined, its business and commercial district looked like it had been plucked straight out of New York City, and the country’s diverse makeup made for an interesting insight.
I’d recommend Warsaw to any traveller. From its historical significance and old town, to a bright future filled with steel and glass, there’s plenty going You can find out more about the city, see what we did and find out what you could be getting up to by watching my 180 seconds in Warsaw, Poland on in the Polish heartland.
